Musician, vocalist, teacher, vocal coach. In 2011-2012, member of the board of the International Vocal Art Association "Natural Voice Perfection". Since 2011, a member and trainer of the American association of singing teachers "International Voice Teachers Of Mix" (www.ivtom.org). Member of the MIX Vocalists Association. He collaborated with Grzegorz Wierzba, with whom he gave concerts and composed songs. Together with Mateusz Puławski, Piotr Świętoniowski and Piotr Nosal, he created the "Zaucha Quartet" project, where you could hear Andrzej Zaucha's songs in new arrangements. He sings popular music and is associated with sung poetry. He worked in many cultural centers, conducting vocal classes. With his students, he won many prestigious awards at national and international festivals. He serves as a juror in many competitions.

In 2004 founded the Vocal Studio. In the years 2007-2015 he ran an Art School called Art Studio "Katharsis", where everyone could develop their passions in vocal, music, dance and art.

He constantly cooperates with many singing teachers throughout Poland and around the world, deepening his practical and theoretical knowledge. For many years, he has also been cooperating with a phoniatrician and a speech therapist, who help him take appropriate measures for people with voice and speech problems.
Currently, he runs the "Katharsis" Vocal Studio in Świdnica.
